9mm Films will confirm your order via e-mail or
telephone as soon as possible.
9mm Films undertakes to process and ship your parcel
within 72 hours of receiving a confirmation of proof of payment, and all
your correct details (weekends, public holidays and holidays excluded.)
9mm Films will endeavour to ship the package within
the shortest possible time, but cannot be held responsible for delays
caused by stock shortages, postal service problems or any other
circumstances outside of our control.
9mm Films will not be held liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever.
9mm Films will ship all parcels in perfect condition and working order, and will take all necessary precautions (packaging and registered
postage) to ensure that the parcel arrives in the same condition. Should a DVD arrive and be damaged or unusable, please return it within 15 days along with the original invoice for a replacement copy or, if deemed necessary by the management of 9mm Films, a full refund.
Should a package get lost or stolen en-route,
9mm Films will not be held liable, and pending an investigation into the loss of that package
reserves the right to replace, or refund the lost package.

9mm Films will not
ship a DVD package unless clear and final proof of payment can
be reasonably proved, and cross references with our bank records.
After a payment has been received, an order
cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be granted under any
circumstances, apart from the following:
- If stock is unavailable or exhausted.
- If 9mm Films is
unable to honour the purchase for any reason whatsoever.
- It is deemed necessary by the management of 9mm Films.
A tax invoice
will be included in the package upon delivery.
Should you
require that your VAT number is included with your tax invoice, please
include this information on your proof of payment.
All purchases outside
the Republic of South Africa require an initial e-mail to 1stprojectdvd@9mmfilms.com
to confirm the price for that particular foreign territory before the
purchase can proceed.
All information
requested for an internet purchase is required solely to process the
transaction. Your information will not be sold or made available to
third parties.
Your proof of payment
together with our Terms & Conditions constitute the terms of your
contract with 9mm Films.
